1) How can I order – If the painting you like is on our website you can buy it directly online. If
you desire a different size or would like to commission a painting with us, first email your
photograph or image you want the artist to work from, specifying the desired size. We
will reply with a quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start the
commission. When the portrait is finished, we will email a photo for your approval. If
you want any changes, email us exactly what to change to avoid confusion. The artist
is happy to make reasonable changes. Once approved, pay the balance. When the
oils are dry, we will ship the painting to your provided address. Please note that once
approved, no further changes or refunds are possible.
2) Can I get a refund - We custom create all art reproductions and portraits to your
specifications. Because each piece is made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or
exchanges once you have approved the completed artwork. However, we take every
step to ensure your satisfaction - from selecting talented artists to using premium
materials and conducting rigorous quality checks. Prior to shipping your portrait or
painting, we will email a photo for your approval. While no changes can be made
after approval, this process allows you to verify your satisfaction before the order is
finalised.
3) Will my painting be a 100% match - Our oil painting reproductions cannot perfectly
replicate the originals, as some slight colour variances are inevitable. However,
through meticulous attention to detail and rigorous quality control, we pride ourselves
on creating museum-quality reproductions that capture the spirit and essence of the
original pieces. You can trust that we take every possible measure to produce the
most accurate and highest quality art reproductions available. When it comes to

How long does it take to complete a painting – Because all our paintings are hand painted by our
artists the paintings take between 4-6 weeks to complete.
4) What size can my painting be – Our paintings are made to order, so you can
commission a painting in any size you desire (up to 2m)
5) Can I see my painting before it’s finished – Yes, we will send you an image before the artist
has finished. This is when alterations / revisions can be made.
6) Do you hold any stock – No, as all our pictures are painted to order, making each one
completely unique.
7) Do you offer a stretching service - All our paintings are sold already stretched and ready to
hang.
